Eligible for Return or Replacement:

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • It has a manufacturing defect
  • Parts or accessories are missing
  • The size, color, or product is incorrect
  • The product doesn’t match your order

Refund Process:

  • If your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund with no fees deducted.
  • We cover all return costs for eligible cases.

Replacement Process:

  • If you prefer a replacement, we’ll pick up and deliver the new item at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Underwear
  • Cosmetics & personal care
  • Hair products
  • Health supplements
  • Accessories & books

Change of Mind:

If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (not related to quality or shipping):

  • You’ll receive 60% of the product’s value back
  • The remaining 40% covers processing and restocking

Product Condition:

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and components intact

  • Replacement: Our agent will collect the old item and deliver the new one simultaneously

Refund: Our agent will collect and verify the item, and refund will be processed immediately after
