Eligible for Return or Replacement:
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- It has a manufacturing defect
- Parts or accessories are missing
- The size, color, or product is incorrect
- The product doesn’t match your order
Refund Process:
- If your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund with no fees deducted.
- We cover all return costs for eligible cases.
Replacement Process:
- If you prefer a replacement, we’ll pick up and deliver the new item at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Underwear
- Cosmetics & personal care
- Hair products
- Health supplements
- Accessories & books
Change of Mind:
If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (not related to quality or shipping):
- You’ll receive 60% of the product’s value back
- The remaining 40% covers processing and restocking
Product Condition:
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and components intact

Processing Time:
- We’ll respond within 3 working days

- Replacement: Our agent will collect the old item and deliver the new one simultaneously
